Softest Poker sites on the Internet? Empty Softest Poker sites on the Internet?

Hello, I've been lurking 2+2 for quite a while now but didn't make an account until recently.

I started playing 2NL, then 5NL, 10NL, 25NL, 50NL and now I'm at 100NL on Pokerstars. I heard that 200NL is all regulars and being a Canadian resident, I've been thinking about switching to another site when I move up.

Is PartyPoker still quite soft? I've read reviews that BoDog and Titan are quite soft. Has anyone had experience with any of these sites or other sites I don't know about?

Should I go ahead and changes sites now and increase my winrate or is 100NL pretty much the same across all sites?
